Thank you for the synthetic oil. I am glad you changed it over from petroleum based oil. I wish I had done it sooner. My engine seems smoother and quieter, and the lifter tap when the engine is cold seems quieter. I see no sign of any oil leaks, which you know I was concerned about. We just drove to the Outer banks and put 1200 miles on the car with no mishaps. Thanks again for your attention to detail and your wisdom.

I'm in the home office today and just took a call from Tami that I had to relay to you. She wanted me to know that the Rav is running 100% better.
She used to complain about having no "get-up-n-go" when she drove with the A/C on, but she said she's just zipping right along now. Who knew a trans flush would make such a significant difference? We're hoping to get some increase in fuel mileage, too! Thanks again for always taking such good care of us and our vehicles.

I am very thankful for the opportunity to express my deepest and sincerest appreciation to G and C Automotive for their courteous and excellant professionalism they've extended to me.
I was raised in this area but have not lived here in many years. I was traveling through the area for work and needed automotive attention quickly so as not to miss work. G and C put together a repair quickly (I believed Greg stayed rather late unfortunately) to get me on my way,
Several months later as I visited family, I again was in need of repairs to my vehicle and again not only did they meet me graciously they also performed the repair at a more economical cost than several competitors.
I thank God for these people and their honest and hard working abilities knowing there are many in the automotive business which try and take advantage of "travelers."
I endeavor to utilize their services now every chance I can and recommend to all my family and friends that live in this area to give them a try.

What I like about your service relates to an issue that is important to me: "Trust". I believe Greg knows what he is doing, and I believe he is honest. Because I am not a trained auto mechanic I have to rely on others when it comes to auto repairs. I do not want to be misled, and I don't want to pay for unnecessary or exorbitant auto repairs.
With my recent experience, I appreciated that Greg did not want to "throw a bunch of parts into the car" without knowing if in fact it would solve my problem. That is wise advice for a long term relationship as spending major dollars without fixing the problem will lead to a dissatisfied customer.
The plus that also works for me is convenience. Your location is 3 blocks from my home. I can drop off the car via your key drop (good idea) and simply walk to my house. Can't do that with any other local garage.
Greg also has helped me when I was experiencing some problems where I needed help and needed it fast. Thinking of times when car windows were stuck open in the winter or it was raining. I really appreciated his willingness to assist me!

I trust Greg’s experience and his down to earth approach to doing repairs. I used to use another car shop not too far from yours. We gave them tons of personal business. Then the owners changed. The mechanic I had really built up a rapport with soon became too busy with the business to do the mechanic’s work. He got some other mechanics in the shop that were really BAD! Soon I lost all trust in the things they were telling me about my vehicles. Had to leave them.

Amazing Service -
I went here to get an inspection and I could not have been more satisfied. The price was perfect, and they did not try to make me buy anything! I would also like to note that the customer service lady (Cheryl) had to have been the nicest woman I have ever met. 10/10 Highly Recommended
