It's so great to have an expert mechanic so close by. He knows a lot more than just Camry's and explains everything in detail and gives the customer options and estimates of cost. As an "older" driver, I feel he is always available to answer any and all of my questions. Having a single-owner business is so important to our town. Also, his wife is cordial and knowledgeable. The service at G & C is excellent. You get what you pay for and more. You get excellent customer service from the staff. All questions are answered. Work is done in a timely manner. Scheduling is done to suit your needs. It is a pleasure to deal with Greg and Cheryl because of their upbeat and pleasant attitudes. We drive 20 miles one way to bring our vehicle for service because we know that the job is well done and we feel confident that all issues are resolved or explained truthfully.

When we find a company that provides superior customer service combined with excellent workmanship we want everyone to know about that company. G & C Automotive is a company like that therefore my wife & I strongly recommend their work. They both take great pains to explain what repairs are needed and the probable costs. We always get a phone call whenever something unexpected is found and get authorization before proceeding with the repairs.
